Chocolate Coconut Protein Crunchy Granola Bars
Ingredients:
2 scoops Level 1 Chocolate Coconut Protein Powder
2 cups oats
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
2 tblsp cocoa powder
1/8 cup of honey
1/8 cup of sugar free syrup
Directions:
Mix 2 cups of oats and coconut together and toast in over for about 5 mins to give it a golden color and that roasted taste. In a mixing bowl combine the 1st Phorm Level 1 top protein powder, egg, vanilla, honey, cocoa, sugar free syrup, and chocolate chips and mix together.
Allow toasted oats and coconut to cool before slowly mixing them in with your protein mix.
Spray some PAM spray on the baking pan and scoop your mix into the pan. Sprinkle some coconut flakes on top and bake in oven for about 10 minutes at 350 degrees. If you want them super crunchy bake for 15 minutes. Allow to cool and cut into squares.
