There are a ton of good choices for solid food protein. Really it comes down to what you will eat. I can tell you egg whites and tuna are the best, but if you won’t eat them, it doesn’t matter what I say. The answer to this question is, the less processed the food source the better. For example, grilled fresh chicken breast is a lot better for you than chicken breast deli meat that has been processed. Anything fresh: steak, chicken, egg whites, cottage cheese, tilapia, cod, orange roughy and tuna are all great sources. These sources are the ones I use daily and they would be what I recommend. Again it really comes down to what you are willing to eat and enjoy on a daily basis.
