Chocolate Chip Cookie Protein Bars

 

  • Servings : 4
  • Calories : 104
  • Protein : 9g
  • Carbs : 4g
  • Fat : 6g

 

  • 1/4 cup Vanilla Level-1
  • 2 tbsp Peanut Butter
  • 1 tsp Agave Syrup or Honey
  • 2 tsp Water
  • 1 square (10g) Chopped Dark Chocolate
  • 1/2 tbsp Coconut Flour

 

  1. Using a spatula, mix all of the above ingredients together except for the water.
  2. Add the water, one teaspoon at a time, until you get a doughy mix.
  3. Shape that into four small rectangles. If you batter is too sticky, add a bit more coconut flour. If it’s too dry, add water.
  4. Once you’ve shaped your bars, leave them to set in the fridge for a couple of hours.
